Applicants for teaching positions are requested to present their teaching merit through a teaching portfolio or a written account of a similar type.

A teaching portfolio is a sample portfolio, a public description of a teacher's teaching work, its quality and merit. The information presented in the sample portfolio should be documentable, and, when necessary, certified to be authentic in the attachments.

The summary of the teaching portfolio is to be no more than five (5) pages. The teaching portfolio can be assembled according to these categories: 

  • Teaching philosophy 
  • Teaching history / teaching experience 
  • Self-evaluation of teaching 
  • Feedback from students and colleagues 
  • Produced learning material 
  • Activeness in higher education pedagogy
  • Development of teaching 
  • Other activities connected with teaching work
