Thoughts and Hopes for the European Arctic Information Centre (August 2010)

considering the proposal for European Arctic Information Centre. One
strong alternative is to locate the Centre to the the Arctic Centre at the University of Lapland. Vice President of the European Parliament
Diana Wallis visited Rovaniemi and Arctic Centre in late August, discussing the initiative.
