1. The evaluation scheme for the demands of teaching personnel shall be applied when evaluating the demands of teaching and research personnel, regardless of their job title. An exception can be made in the case of researchers with very little or temporary teaching duties. The employer will choose the evaluation scheme after having heard the employee’s union representative.
2. A different job profile chart can be applied to the Arts when necessary. With regard to the professors whose post requires scientific qualifications, the job profile chart for science shall be applied. The job profile chart for science shall also be applied when the demands of other teaching staff are evaluated, provided it is better suited to the tasks.
The profile chart for the Arts should be applied on a case-by-case basis. For example, the tasks of some professors are more related to lower and higher university degrees than postgraduate education.
