Research in administrative sciences

The research areas of administrative sciences cover for example administration assessment and development, information management  and information technology, human resource management, organizational behaviour, and the psychology of leadership. The research focuses on administration at the national, regional, and municipal levels and on leadership in varying situations and between organizational levels.

Postgraduate students examine for example the assessment of institutes of higher education; management of municipalities, personnel, and knowledge; the sensibility of work; and regional development.
