ICT SERVICES

ICT Services provide the central ICT services, including central computer hardware, software and the campus network infrastructure, for the University of Lapland. Support services in information and communications technology are available for the university personnel and students. Purchases of ICT material for the university are coordinated by ICT Services. ICT Services are also in charge of the operation of the university’s telephone exchange service and the work time registration system.

STAFF
User support and PC support advice the university staff in matters concerning the use of computers. Audio and video equipment support is responsible for audiovisual equipment and video conference connections in the teaching facilities. Tele support is responsible for telephone services.
