Research interests

  • Marketing management and consumer research (choice behaviour, image formation, perceptions & preferences) of services and especially tourism services – destination marketing management, especially cooperation of destination networks, destination choice, destination experiencing behaviours.  Experience design and experience staging in tourism.
  • Entrepreneurship in tourism – links between evolution and impacts of entrepreneurs, enterprises and destination communities.
  • Strategic Management ie. comparative research into mental models in management of SMEs and SMTEs.
  • Internationalization of SME´s and especially SMTE´s small and medium tourism enterprises.
