Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held on Wednesday 23
November at 19:00 – 20:00 at the Rovaniemi City Hall (Hallituskatu 7).
The reception will be hosted by the City of Rovaniemi and it will
include drinks and a light meal made of northern ingredients. Advance
registration is required. The City Hall is at walking distance from the
hotels, no bus transfer provided (for location please check the event
map).
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will be arranged at Hilpeä Krouvi
Restaurant (Kansankatu 8). The evening will start with Film Screening at
18:00 – 20:00 and continue with the dinner party at 20:00. The cost of
the three-course dinner menu from northern ingredients is 30 €
(drinks not included). The dinner fee and drinks must be paid directly
to the restaurant. Advance registration is required. Hilpeä Krouvi is at
walking distance from the hotels, no bus transfer will be provided.
Sauna and Cinema
The University Campus Sauna Cottage located right
next to the main building will be reserved for the conference
participants for a Walk-in sauna and film screening on all three
conference days at 8:00 – 19:00. On Wednesday it will be women’s turn,
on Thursday men’s turn and on Friday a gender free turn for both women
and men. Towels will be provided. No advance registration or entrance
fee.
