Call for Abstracts
Abstract submission for this event is closed.
The deadline for abstracts is 1 September 2014. Notification of acceptance will be sent to corresponding authors as soon as possible after submission so that accepted authors can book their flights and send in their registration. The oral/poster decision will be informed by 12 September 2014 (note new date).
Abstracts must be max 250 words long. Abstracts must be in English and include text only (no pictures, tables or graphics). Do not include keywords or references. Abstracts must be submitted electronically using the online abstract submission system (link below). You will find instructions about how to use the online system and what questions you will be asked here.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the seminar materials in a printed abstract volume.
Please note that at least one presenter for each accepted abstract must register for the conference and pay the registration fee. The registration deadline for accepted presenters is 22 September. Abstracts without a registered presenter by this date will be removed from the seminar programme and all materials.
Oral presentations will be allotted 20 minutes (max 17 minutes for presentation and min 3 minutes for questions). Posters will be on display during the whole event and the programme will include separate poster sessions when presenters are expected to be ready to present their abstracts. Poster size 80 x 120 cm, vertical orientation/ portrait.
