Thursday 8 May - MEETING DAY Venue: Arktikum (Pohjoisranta 4), Auditorium

09:00 – 10:00	Annual General Meeting
10:00 – 10:30	Coffee/tea in the lobby
10:30 – 12:00	Annual General Meeting continues
12:00 – 13:00	Lunch, Café Restaurant Arktikum
13:00 – 13:30	Presentation about Arctic Centre, Markku Heikkilä, Head of Science Communications
13:30 – 14:00	Presentation about the University of the Arctic, Ms. Outi Snellman, Vice-President Administration, UArctic / Director of International Relations, University of Lapland
14:00 – 14.30	Coffee/tea in the lobby
14:30 – 15:30	Guided visit in the Arktikum Exhibitions
15:30	Bus to the Arctic Circle (meeting with Santa Claus, group photo and time for shopping)
17:00	Bus to Vaattunkiköngäs for outdoor recreation and dinner Bus back to hotel after dinner
