Old dances are part of the Conferment Ball tradition. After the Conferment Dinner on friday 17 May there is Ball with old dances. The rehearsals for old dances are held at the University of Lapland in lecture rooms 20 and 21.
The timetable of the rehearsals:
- Tue 9.4. at 17-20
- Mon 15.4. at 17-20
- Wed 8.5. at 17.20
Dances are: Polonaise, Pas d´Espagne, Cicapo, Pompadour, Mignon, Pas de Quatre ja Valse de Vienne. Dance teachers are Päivi Kuvaja and Jukka Mäyrä.
