Registration, Accommodation and Payments

Registration

All participants and presenters must register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Papers without registered presenter will not be included in the programme. Please register for the NBE 2013 Conference and the conference dinner by using the online registration form link below. You will receive an automatic email message as soon as your form has been received and processed. The detailed confirmation letter will be sent to you separately later.

The conference registration fee is

350 € till 30 June 2013
400 € after 1 July 2013

The registration fee includes:

admission to all sessions
lunches and coffee/tea during breaks mentioned on the programme
conference materials
Conference Dinner on Tuesday 6 August

Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees as well as cheaper flight costs.

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the conference dinner (with separate price 70 €).

Accommodation

The conference organizers have made bulk reservations at Ski-Inn Hotel Pyhätunturi with very affordable rates. These rates are valid only for reservations made through Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses. Please add your booking on the online registration form. Your booking will be confirmed together with your conference registration. Reservations will be made on a first-in-first-served basis. The event prices are valid also for extra nights before and after the conference.

Room options and rates:

Single room	95 € / night	Includes breakfast and use of Pyhä Klubi (sauna, Jacuzzi and gym). More information

All hotel fees are to be paid directly to the hotel on-site. Do not pay them to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses in advance (no deposit is required). The hotels accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation policy for hotel bookings

cancellations must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses one day prior to the planned date of arrival at the latest
all bookings cancelled later than this or bookings not cancelled at all will be invoiced in full
without prior notice of late arrival, hotels have the right to give a reserved room away after 18.00.

Payments

Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in euros (€).The VAT is 0%.

Please make sure that the participant’s name and NBE 2013 are clearly stated in the payment’s message field to ensure that the payment is correctly registered.

2) Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, no other cards accepted)
Please complete the credit card authorization form, print it out, add signature and send by fax to the conference office. For security reasons, do not send it as email attachment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses. Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before 30 June 2013. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.
