Registration fees

Registration fee includes the conference programme, meeting materials, lunches and coffee/tea marked in the programme, Welcoming Reception on Monday evening and Dinner & Dance on Tuesday evening. VAT is 0 %.

NB. Everybody must register for the event in advance.

Please register using the online registration form (link below). Use the form also to book your accommodation in Levi (for more information check the Accommodation page). Please familiarise yourself with the programme and choose sessions you prefer to attend. All registered participants will be sent a confirmation by email.

Registration fees must be paid well in advance before the event using one of the following payment options:

Please make sure that Levi 2013 and the participant’s name are clearly stated in the payment’s message field to ensure that the payment is correctly registered.

2) Invoice
If your invoicing address differs from you own address, please confirm the invoicing address on the registration form. For group invoices please send a list to the conference office. Invoicing fee 10 € will be added to all invoices.

3) Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, no other cards accepted)
Please complete the credit card authorization form, sign it and send to the conference office by fax. For security reasons do not send it as email attachment.

Cancellation terms
For cancellations received by 31 March 2013, the paid registration fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date. If you do not cancel your participation at all, you will be charged the full fee. Please note that a processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.
