Job For You - kansainväliset osaajat työelämään

Job For You-hankkeessa kiinnitetään kansainvälisiä korkeasti koulutettuja osaajia Lapin alueelle tarjoamalla kohderyhmän työnhakijoille laadukasta ohjausta ja parantamalla heidän valmiuksiaan työllistymisessä. Hankkeessa edistetään kv-osaajien ja elinkeinoelämän vuorovaikutusta ja yhteiskehittämistä mm. työelämän monimuotoisuudesta. Hankkeessa ohjataan korkeakoulutettuja kv-osaajia osaamista vastaavan urapolun rakentamisessa ja rakennetaan työllistymisratkaisuja yhdessä työnantajien kanssa. Hanke tukee työnantajia osaavan työvoiman löytämisessä sekä kv-osaajien rekrytoinnissa.

Lapin alueen tieto-, neuvonta- ja ohjaustyötä tekevien asiantuntijoiden ohjausosaaminen kehittyy monikulttuurisuuden näkökulmasta. Hankkeen toteuttama ohjausosaamisen koulutus tehostaa kansainvälisten työnhakijoiden työllistymistä ja integroitumista alueelle, millä vastataan kohtaanto-haasteeseen.

Kenelle? Lapin alueen korkeasti koulutetuille kv-osaajille ja heidän puolisoilleen. Kv-osaajia ohjaaville, uraohjaajille ja asiantuntijoille, jotka työskentelevät työllistymisen parissa Lapin alueella sekä alueen yrityksille ja työyhteisöille.

Milloin, missä ja miten? Yksilöllistä ohjausta kv-osaajille tarjotaan lähi- ja etätoteutuksin Lapin alueella. Ohjaajille tullaan järjestämään koulutuksia mm. monimuotoisuudesta alkaen keväällä 2024.

The Job For You project attracts international professionals with high education to the Lapland region by providing quality guidance to the target group of jobseekers and improving their employability skills. The project promotes interaction and co-creation between intenational job seekers and industry, including on diversity in working life. It will guide graduates in building a career path that matches their skills and build employment solutions together with employers. The project supports employers in finding and recruiting skilled workers.

The guidance skills of experts in information, advice and guidance work in the Lapland region will be developed from a multicultural perspective. The training of guidance skills provided by the project will enhance the employment and integration of international jobseekers in the region, responding to the challenge of meeting the needs of the region.

For whom? Highly qualified professionals and their spouses from the Lapland region. Guidance, career counsellors and experts working on employment in the Lapland region, as well as companies and work communities in the region.

When, where and how? Individual guidance for jobseekers is provided through face-to-face and distance learning in the Lapland region. Training courses will be organised for the trainers, including on diversity, starting in spring 2024.
