I am Doctoral researcher at the Industrial Engineering and Management Research Unit at the University of Oulu. My research concerns Project Management and more specifically collaboration in the industrial engineering project context. In my dissertation, I will research how collaborative practices can be implemented, how different stakeholders can be engaged, and how and via which mechanisms the expertise of different actors can be made available for the project. The focus of my research is on developing collaborative delivery model for industrial engineering projects.
