Applicant and Student Services
University of Lapland
P.O.Box 122, 96101 Rovaniemi
If the country-specific document requirements require that the documents must be sent to the University of Lapland by the awarding institution, the documents can be delivered by postal mail only (i.e. it is not required to attach them to the online application in electronic form).
Make sure that the required enclosures reach University of Lapland by post by the application deadline. It is in your best interest to submit your application documents as soon as possible. It is acceptable to submit documents already before submitting the online application. Late applications will not be processed. Enclosures sent by email or fax are not accepted. The documents you submit will not be returned. If you apply to more than one programme at the University of Lapland, you can use the same educational documents. We don’t need two separate sets of documents.
If there is a chance that your documents will not reach us by mail by the application deadline, we recommend you use an international courier service. Please include the following information
Address: Applicant and Student Services, University of Lapland, Yliopistonkatu 8, 96300 Rovaniemi, Finland

Your application is not complete and cannot be processed until all required attachments have been received. We must receive all attachments, also paper copies, by the application deadline. It is always the applicant’s responsibility to make sure that the application documents reach the University of Lapland by the deadline.
If you have completed or are completing your degree in an institution that submits official transcripts of records only electronically (e-transcripts), please contact admission(at)ulapland.fi
