Make your personal study plan
You will make your personal study plan (PSP) with your teacher tutor at
the beginning of your studies. The PSP is a document that outlines the
steps you need to take to complete your degree. The PSP
- helps you focus on the big picture
- supports your personal time management
- supports long-term planning of your studies
- helps you assess the development of your knowledge and skills.
Make your PSP in WebOodi. If needed, your student tutor will give you
instructions on using WebOodi, but if you prefer to create your plan
independently, you will find detailed instructions here. Once your PSP is complete, you need to present it to your teacher tutor for acceptance.

6 things to consider when making your PSP
- What are your goals and personal resources?
- Which minor subjects, language studies, and methodology courses will you take and when?
- When and where will you do your traineeship?
- At which point of your studies should you go on exchange?
- When will you start working on your thesis?
- Do you want to complement your degree with courses taken at the Lapland University of Applied Sciences?
Remember to assess and update your PSP regularly and keep your goals and personal resources in mind throughout your studies.
