Guidance, counselling and well-being

Your well-being, quality of life and ability to study are affected by your hobbies, health, social relations and many other aspects of life. The learning environment and the learning community, too, have a considerable impact on your well-being, your ability to cope, and the progress of your studies.

The following pages contain information on our student guidance, counselling and well-being services. On the Support for well-being in everyday life page, you can find useful information on how to take care of your well-being and make your everyday life easier.

Cooperation to promote well-being

The well-being committee of our university is founded to promote and support students' well-being, health and ability to study.

The committee

• develops cooperation between parties promoting student well-being,
• anticipates and monitors the impact of changes in the study environment on student well-being, and
• drafts proposals for actions supporting the well-being of students, among other things.

The term of office of the committee is from 1 January to 31 December 2023.
