The price of the buffet dinner is 52,50 euros, and it is payable upon registration.
The price includes the buffet menu. Wine and other drinks may be purchased in the restaurant.
The dinner fee is 52,50 € (incl. VAT 14 %) and it is payable upon registration via Paytrail (Online bank transfer/Finnish banks and online (credit)card payment/Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Amex). Cancellations must be made by email to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses (congress@ulapland.fi). Dinner fee will be refunded if cancellation is received by 18 September 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Dinner participants are welcome to visit the art exhibition free of charge before dinner. You are also invited to join a guided tour offered to conference participants (more info forthcoming). The exhibition closes at 18 o'clock.
