Mr Rafael Ibrahimov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Sweden, gives a Studea Generalia lecture on Azerbaijan’s present situation at the University of Lapland on February 19.
Ambassador
Ibrahimov will discuss on Azerbaijan’s culture and economics, the
conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, and the present state of the country.
