The University of Lapland has updated its COVID-19 guidelines. The updated guidelines will be valid from 1 to 28 March 2021.
Seven hospital districts, including Lapland, have moved to tier 2 of COVID-19 prevention. The University of Lapland's current COVID-19 guidelines are already largely in line with the new measures and recommendations. The university's COVID-19 response group reviewed the situation on 26 February.
The guidelines have been updated as follows:
- Face-to-face teaching situations and other gatherings are limited to six (6) people.
- The library is open during the regular opening hours, but the reading rooms will be closed.
The updated guidelines will be valid from 1 to 28 March 2021.
The University of Lapland actively follows the situation and updates its guidelines according to the general guidelines of the authorities. We urge all members of the university community to follow the safety guidelines while on campus in order to ensure that we will be able to continue to work on campus. Please wear a face mask while on campus and keep a safe distance of 2 metres between yourself and others. Do not attend campus if you are feeling unwell.
