The 15th International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Multimedia 2016 gathered 70 researchers to the University of Lapland on December 12.-15.2016.
This year,
the conference attracted submissions from 30 countries. During the conference,
the international conference attendees get to enjoy high quality research
presentations as well as the crispy winter weather of Lapland – often for the
first time. The conference is hosted by prof. Jonna Häkkilä from the Faculty of
Art and Design. Next year, the conference will be in Stuttgart, Germany.
The International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Multimedia (MUM) is a leading annual international conference, which provides a forum for presenting the latest research results on mobile and ubiquitous multimedia. The conference brings together experts from both academia and industry for a fruitful exchange of ideas and discussion on future challenges, in a comfortable and effective single-track conference format.
The conference was organized by the Faculty of Art and Design, University of Lapland, Finland, in cooperation with ACM SIGCHI.
