“Quality Podcast 2021” is a seven-part podcast series that deals with themes related to quality work and quality management at the University of Lapland.
The discussion will be held by the Rector, Vice-Rectors and experts in various fields from faculties and departments. The podcast is hosted by Master’s degree student in tourism research Saija Halminen.
The series deals with the university's quality work and themes related to quality management in education, research, development and innovation activities, and artistic activities. The themes covered in the podcast are for example auditing, social interaction and effectiveness, and a feedback system.
The first episode of the podcast series “Quality Management and auditing in the University of Lapland” is available to listen to on the quality management website. The discussion is held by the Vice-Rector for Education Satu Uusiautti and the Quality Manager Hanna Marttiini.
Quality Podcast will be published on Mondays on the university’s quality management website. Episodes specifically for staff will also be added on the intranet. The first and last episode of the series will be published in Finnish and in English. In addition, all the other episodes of the podcast series will be subtitled in English.
