Registration is open to MaxiPAC Symposium - Best practices for language valorization in Finnish Higher Education

18.6.2021

The EU Erasmus+ project MaxiPAC (Maximizing Previously Acquired Competences) will organize a symposium on Wednesday 27 October 2021, 12:30-14:45 GMT+ at the Arctic Centre in Rovaniemi.

The symposium is organized in collaboration with SIMHE services and various Universities in Finland, with keynote speakers from the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Finnish National Agency for Education, and international guests from institutions abroad.

The symposium aims at finding ways to improve access to higher education and employment among third country nationals and those in refugee-like situations. MaxiPAC will bring together policy-makers, entrepreneurs, students, teachers, researchers, and persons of other professions in higher education, to participate in contributing ideas for designing a best practices guide on "language valorization in Finnish higher education”.
