Mr Bouvet (www.michelbouvet.com) will lecture in the Faculty of Art and Design, University of Lapland on Thursday 8th September 2011.

Michel Bouvet lives and works in Paris where he also runs his studio, containing commissioned works mainly from institutions and book publishers. Michel also works at the art school ESAG Penninghen in Paris.

Michel Bouvet has exhibited all over the world and been awarded several prizes. He is also a regular guest of well-known poster biennales and contests as an artist as well as a jury member.

In his lecture, 9–13 Thursday 8th September, 2011, at Castrén Hall, University of Lapland, Michel Bouvet will show his posters, photos of the posters in the streets of Paris, his book covers, and panoramic photos taken all over the world. In addition he will present details of his process of creating posters.
