Registration to the event is closed!

Fees

• PhD candidate/doctorand (no presentation), 50 €
  
• PhD candidate/doctorand (presentation in workshop)*, 0 €
  
• Invited speaker, 0 €

* Please give the preliminary title of your workshop presentation on the event registration form.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all sessions including the workshop on Tue 12 Nov
• Conference materials
• Coffee/tea and lunches during breaks mentioned in the programme
• Get-together on Tue 12 Nov

There is a separate registration fee (50 €) for the conference dinner on Wed 13 Nov at 19:30. Venue: Korundi House of Culture (Lapinkävijäntie 4).

Payments

The registration fees include the VAT 0%. Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in euros (€).

Please choose your payment type on the online registration form. The options are

• Online bank transfer (Finnish banks)
• Online credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Invoice. The invoice will be sent to you separately by the conference office. Please remember to specify invoicing address on the registration form. Invoicing fee 10 € will be added to all invoices.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing or by email to the conference office. If you do not cancel your participation at all, you will be charged the full fee.

For cancellations received by November 1, 2019 the paid registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 30 € will be deducted from all refunds.

Note for students

A limited number of degree and exchange students will be admitted to the conference sessions, and it will be possible to complete the course OTM0007 Current Issues in Communication and Information Law by attending the conference and fulfilling additional course requirements. Further information is available in WebOodi under code OTM00071.

Student registration to the course opens in WebOodi on Wednesday, September 11 at 09:00 AM. Students are advised to register only in WebOodi under the aforementioned course code OTM00071 (and not via the event registration form accessible on this page).

The free student registration includes admission to conference sessions, conference materials and coffee/tea during breaks mentioned in the programme.
