REGISTRATION
All participants should register for the summit.
Please read all information below before using the event online registration
forms to register for the local summit. Deadline for registration is 17 January, 2020.
Participation fees (VAT 0%)
Participant: 40 € / ~400 NOK
Student: 20 € / ~200 NOK
Invited speaker: 0 € / 0 NOK
The registration fee includes lunches and coffees according to the summit programme. Participants are responsible to arrange and cover the costs of their travels and accommodation by themselves.
Payments
Please choose your payment type on the online registration form. The options are
- Online bank transfer (Finnish banks)
- Online credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Invoice. The invoice with the necessary information will be sent to you separately by the conference office. The participant should assume all the bank transaction fees. Please remember to specify invoicing address on the registration form. Invoicing fee 10 € will be added to all invoices.
Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in euros (€).
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made by email to congress(at)ulapland.fi. If you do not cancel your participation at all, you will be charged the full fee. For cancellations received by 2 January 2020, the paid registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 20 € will be deducted from all refunds. If unable to attend, the registered person may substitute someone else from the same organization by sending a notification to congress(at)ulapland.fi.
