The conference is two-days event and the conference programme is built under two themes: Inclusive teacher education and Inclusive pedagogies. The first day includes two keynote speeches, launching a book "Including the North: a Comparative Study of the Policies on Inclusion and Equity in the Circumpolar North" and a symposium with three speeches and discussion. The second day consists two keynote speeches, a presentation and workshops. Each participant can choose two workshops, which are focusing on the School profiles to facilitate inclusive education in. On the evening of the second day City of Rovaniemi is hosting a reception at the Rovaniemi City Hall.
