Massey University is hosting the 12th Educational Psychology Forum in Palmerston North, New Zealand on 3-4 February, 2020. The theme of the forum is "Welcoming the changing world".
This year the theme of the forum has a strong indigenous focus, which will be mirrored in both keynotes and presentation topics. The theme strongly emphasises practice and research.
Call for presentation abstracts is now open, until 16 August, 2019. The call is open for different types of presentations: research-based or practice-based papers, workshops and practice sharing circles. Possible presentation topics could be e.g.:
- Maori, Pacific, and Indigenous cultures educational and psychological wellbeing
- Culturally responsive educational psychology research and practice
- Assessment and evaluation of learning
- Educational psychology and Children's rights
