The workshop was held in Joensuu, Finland in connection with FERA conference in 19-20 November, 2019.
The first two-days workshop of project Engancing Equity and Inclusion in Education in Circumpolar North was successful and productive. The project group started planning the themes and contents for upcoming book, and drafting a book proposal.

Next project workshop will be held in April 2020 in Anchorage, US. Between the workshops the group will work with the preliminary chapter topics and content of the book. The goal of the second workshop is to finalise the book proposal and plans for content of the book. The plan is to submit the book proposal to a commercial publisher by June, 2020.
