29.10.2020

UArctic Thematic Network and UNITWIN/UNESCO Network on Teacher Education held a webinar on 28th October. The recording is now available for open access.

Dr Archie Graham and Dr Peter Mtika from University of Aberdeen presented a webinar titled ‘An Asset-based Approach to Exploring Probationer Teachers’ Lived Experiences of Learning to Enact Inclusive Pedagogy in Schools Located in High Poverty Environments’.

The webinar was based on first year findings from part of a larger three-year project. The research has been conducted in collaboration with Dr Dean Robson and Lindsay MacDougall. The presentation included the fundamentals and theoretical background of the study. The webinar was successful and raised interesting discussion between the participants.

The webinar’s recording is available in UArctic Thematic Network on Teacher Education YouTube channel for open access, and the PowerPoint slides can be read here. The recording, as well as all of the previous network webinar recordings can be found in Resource Center.
