How to submit an abstract?
The deadline for abstract submission is Monday 1 September 2025. Abstracts submitted to the thematic groups will be reviewed by thematic group leaders. Poster abstracts will be reviewed by the local organizing committee. Abstracts for the symposia are submitted by invited speakers.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by 15 Sebtember 2025.
All abstracts must be submitted using the online submission system. Abstracts sent by email will be ignored. Maximum abstract length is 250 words. Accepted abstracts will be published on the event website.
NB. If you are submitting a poster abstract, choose poster as both category and presentation type.
Language selection for Abstracts
Abstracts can be submitted in the languages specified in each thematic group's guidelines. Detailed information is available in the PDF attachment describing the content and language options for each group. We have aimed to indicate the available languages in the titles of the thematic groups. However, please note that there may be some exceptions.
