I am a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law. In my dissertation, I adopt a multidisciplinary approach. In jurisprudence, my research is positioned in the fields of public law and welfare law. My research focuses on how the processes and methods of service design as well as legal design could be utilized in the fulfillment of the service principle of public authorities and their duty to provide advice. In addition, I will examine the significance of the good administration, service principle and the public authorities’ duty to provide advice in the framework of the current Administrative Procedure Act and the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. The particular focus of my research is on developing the accessibility of citizens' rights based on legislation and the realization of social rights. My research interests also include the role of artificial intelligence and robotics in the production of services as well as using service design methods to improve customer orientation.
