Jesse is a master’s student in management, a musician, and a retired student activist. who has held several positions of trust to advocate for students, including serving as the Chair of the Representative Council of the Student Union of the University of Lapland, a member of the University of Lapland’s Board, and a member of the Board of the National Union of University Students in Finland. Currently, Jesse is working as a student trainee and is involved in several different projects. Jesse's primary focus is on drafting an action plan based on the partnership agreement between the wellbeing services county of Lapland and higher education institutions in Lapland. The goal is to ensure that the research, education, development, and innovation activities of the University of Lapland and Lapland University of Applied Sciences align with the needs of the wellbeing services county in a coherent and solution-oriented manner.
