Mia is a service designer with experience in a variety development projects for work environments, organizations and cities. With a background as a designer and interior designer, Mia knows how to connect the dimension of the physical environment, the spatial experience and the strategic development of the service environment to the development work. Mia works as a coordinator in the service and product innovations team, and has e.g. regional development projects and innovation projects on her desk.

Kaisa has been working in congress services over 15 years as conference secretary and coordinator. Kaisa is taking care of event registrations and fees as well as event finances among other things. Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses operates as the in-house congress department of the University of Lapland but also serves other event organisers.

Pauliina coordinates the unit's career services, plans and implements projects and training related to career guidance, careerpaths and employment development. Jesse is a master’s student in management, a musician, and a retired student activist. who has held several positions of trust to advocate for students, including serving as the Chair of the Representative Council of the Student Union of the University of Lapland, a member of the University of Lapland’s Board, and a member of the Board of the National Union of University Students in Finland. Currently, Jesse is working as a student trainee and is involved in several different projects. Jesse's primary focus is on drafting an action plan based on the partnership agreement between the wellbeing services county of Lapland and higher education institutions in Lapland. The goal is to ensure that the research, education, development, and innovation activities of the University of Lapland and Lapland University of Applied Sciences align with the needs of the wellbeing services county in a coherent and solution-oriented manner.
