Submissions are accepted in Microsoft Word .docx format only. All authors should use the article template as a basis for compiling their articles. The sample illustrates the general format for articles, and – more importantly - introduces the Word styles you must use when encoding the structure of articles. All articles should be written in English (American English, if possible). Only papers presented at the conference will be included.
The deadline for submission is 21 June 2019.

The organizers are calling for your abstracts max 500 words. You can submit an abstract for oral presentation only. All abstracts should be written in English (American English, if possible) and include text only (no pictures, tables, graphics, keywords or references). Please use the online system for your submission (link below). Abstracts sent by email will not be included.
The abstracts of all accepted submissions will be available online. Only papers presented at the conference will be included in the conference programme.
The extended deadline for abstracts is 28 January 2019 (at noon, GMT +2, Finnish time). Abstracts will be reviewed by the review board and notifications of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author by 22 February 2019. Accepted authors must register for the event and thus confirm their presentation by 15 March 2019 (early-bird deadline).
Oral presentation time will be 15 minutes including discussion.
