Green Travel
You can apply for additional Green Travel support if you travel using an environmentally friendly means of transport (bus, train, carpool or bicycle). At least half of the journeys must be made using the aforementioned green means of transport. You can find more information in the Green Travel declaration form (link to the form).
Fewer opportunities support
You have the opportunity to apply for additional support, if the following conditions are met:
- students with underaged child/children,
- students who are family careers,
- students with disabilities,
- students having severe and/or chronic health problems,
- students with migrant background.
Fewer opportunities support for short-term mobility is €100 when the exchange lasts 2 to 14 days and €150 when the exchange lasts 15 to 30 days. You can find more information about the support and the grant criteria in the Fewer Opportunities form (link to the form)
Accessibility and inclusion support enables short exchange studies when special needs cause additional costs for the exchange period, for which it is not possible to receive support elsewhere. The special need can be due to a disability, mental or physical illness or a learning disability. For more information about support and how to apply for it, please contact the Internationalisation Services and the Finnish National Agency for Education's website (link).
