Registration, fees and accommodation

Conference fees

The conference fee includes:

• conference programme (4 days)

• conference material

• all meals during the conference (3 lunches, 3 dinners, coffee breaks. Please note: all meals are vegetarian/vegan)

• transportation from Rovaniemi (airport or city center) to conference venue in Pyhä and back (travel time about 2 hours)

• outdoor activities and social programme

Family member registration is available for family members and friends who come with you to Pyhä, but do not take part in the Colloquium programme. Family registration includes bus transfer from Rovaniemi to Pyhä and back, meals during the Colloquium (3 dinners, 3 lunches, wine during dinners, coffee breaks not included), and participation in outdoor activities (including snacks). Child registration is available for children under 18.

Accommodation

We have reserved hotel Pyhätunturi as our conference hotel. Please note that the hotel is open only for this conference and accommodation must thus be booked through us. June is off-season in Lapland and thus most of the accommodation options are closed. We have negotiated special prices with the hotel. In order to get these prices, please use our registration form to book and pay the hotel. In case you need to make any changes or have special requests, please contact us directly (peacefulcoexistence@ulapland.fi), since we will handle the bookings. The hotel is available for the nights of the conference (6.-9.6.2017). If you're coming to Lapland before that, we suggest you spend the night before the conference in Rovaniemi and take our arranged bus to the conference venue.

You are welcome to bring family members or friends with you to the conference hotel.

The rate includes breakfast and the usage of sauna and gym and they include VAT and service. The rooms have 2 x 90 cm beds, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom, satellite-TV, drying racks for clothing, and views to the surrounding nature.

Hotel Pyhätunturi is located about 800 meters from the Visitor Centre Naava's conference facilities, where our conference programme takes place. There is a supermarket and a sports bar nearby and many walking trails start near the hotel.

Registration

You can register via an electronic form (link underneath). Please use the form to reserve the conference accommodation as well. Hotel Pyhätunturi is not open for the public during the conference and thus the rooms can only be booked through the registration form.

Payment

Value-added tax for the conference fee is 0 %. In the registration form you choose the method of payment - the options are

• online payment - Visa/MasterCard/Visa Electron/American Express
• bill
  

If you choose to pay by bill, you have to give a billing address on the form. All bills will be added a payment method extra of 10 €.

Terms of cancellation

CONFERENCE FEE

The possible cancellation must be informed in a written form (by email to the Rovaniemi-Lapland Congress who handle the registrations at , congress@ulapland.fi). You can move the registration from one person to another for free.

If you cancel before 31.3.2017, the conference fee will be returned (a handling fee of 50 € will be deducted).

If you cancel after 31.3.2017, the conference fee will not be returned.

ACCOMMODATION

If you cancel before 23.4.2017, the accommodation fee will be returned.

If you cancel after 23.4.2017, the accommodation fee will not be returned.
