Papers (containing 3,000 - 7,000 words) must be submitted as Word documents via the online submission system. Submissions by email will not be considered. Early submission of papers is encouraged in order to accelerate the review process for those needing urgent notification of their acceptance.

The first page of the submitted paper contains information about the contribution: title of contribution, abstract, and keywords but no references to the authors. The body text is on the following pages of the draft. Please note that authors can upload new versions up until the final deadline. During submission process you will also be asked to provide a presenter biography. Provide a 3-4 sentence biography exactly the way you would like it read for your introduction. Your biography is limited to 150 words. Please read your biography aloud once it is written to ensure it can be effortlessly delivered by the session monitor.

All papers will be anonymously reviewed by multiple members of the Scientific Committee. All submitting authors will be notified of the decision of the  Scientific Committee latest in February 2017. Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the entire conference and be available to serve as a discussant or session chair. The final program will be available in March 2017.

Papers for the workshop will be selected on the basis of full draft. Draft papers that address applied issues in the field of future of winter tourism using methological or theoretical contributions as well as case studies and policy oriented studies are highly welcome.
