Registration fee includes
- pre-conference on Wednesday
- conference programme and materials
- lunches and coffee/tea marked in the programme
- conference dinner on Thursday (warm meal with drinks)

Registration fees have VAT 0 %. Please choose your payment type on the online registration form. Payment options:
• Online bank transfer (Paytrail)
• Online credit card payment (Visa/MasterCard/Visa Electron/American Express - Paytrail)
If you choose invoice as your payment type, you must inform the invoicing address with reference separately on the appropriate page of the form. All invoices will be added invoicing fee 10 €.
If you wish to have a group invoice, please send a message about this to email@example.com including invoicing address, reference as well as list of participants to be included in the group invoice.
Please inform about cancellation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For cancellations received by 23 October registration fee will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations after this date. All refunds will be deducted the cancellation fee 50 €.

The organizers have booked room quotas for the event in six hotels in the city centre. Please add your hotel reservation in the online registration form. Inform about possible changes and cancellations to the conference office, not the the hotels directly, as the name lists will be sent to the hotels only closer to the event. Please note that the room rates given below are valid only for bookings made via the conference office.

All room rates are per night and they include buffet breakfast, service and VAT. Your hotel booking will be confirmed together with your event registration.

NOTE! Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee - you must pay them directly to the hotel onsite!

If you wish the hotel to invoice your accommodation costs, please include the request in the Notes-field on the first page of the registration form. Hotels have different policies about this and we will check the hotel if invoicing is possible.
• Cancellations for hotel bookings must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses three (3) days prior to the planned date of arrival at the latest.
• All bookings cancelled later than this or bookings not cancelled at all will be invoiced in full.
• Booking may be cancelled later than three (3) days due to illness (doctor’s certificate required).
• Without prior notice of late arrival, hotels have the right to give a reserved room away after 18:00. Please inform of late arrival in the note-field of your booking.
