Accounting involves the tasks of gathering information on the economy and operations of a company, and making calculations to support decision-making. The calculations are used by the business management, financiers, accountants, investors and various other stakeholder groups of a company.
Accounting studies introduce students to the way accounting can be used to guide a company, plan its future operations and analyse its economic situation.
The scope of the studies at our university is 25 credits (basic studies).
The module is designed for management, administrative science, public law and law students, but it is also useful for all students who are interested in business activity and cash flows.
