Business Law

Business Law encompasses those fields of law that are closely connected to business. These include contract law, property law, commercial law, financial law, company taxation, copyright and industrial law, as well as tort law.

The scope of Business Law studies at our university is 60 credits, including basic (25 cr.) and subject studies (35 cr.). They are organised by the Faculty of Law.

Business Law is a good minor subject for accounting, management, marketing and law students. Competence in the field is also essential for students interested in auditing.
